The position supports customers, sales staff and other teammates while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with office software and dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and tax documents.
• Submit title and registration paperwork to state agencies.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of title applications and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle payoffs, lien releases, and dealer trade documentation.
• Maintain records of outstanding title work and resolve discrepancies.
• Post vehicle sales and purchase transactions in dealership systems.
• Process warranty registrations and related vehicle documentation.
• Maintain organized title files and ensure licensing compliance.
• Assist customers, lenders, and employees with inquiries.
