The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with title processing. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred and dealership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative/clerical experience desired.
• Familiarity with title processing and registration procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage vehicle title paperwork, ensuring documents are accurate and complete.
• Verify accuracy of title documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with state DMVs to ensure timely, correct title transfers.
• Maintain organized records of all title transactions and documentation.
• Provide support to customers and internal departments on title inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal vehicle title regulations.
• Assist in preparing and submitting title applications and related paperwork.
• Monitor status of title applications and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and finance to ensure smooth title processing.
• Stay updated on changes in titling regulations and procedures.
