• Preference for interpreting state title and lien regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review vehicle loan documentation to determine lien perfection requirements per state regulations.
• Collect, prepare, and submit documentation to agencies for lien recording and perfection.
• Research title, registration, and lien issues with DMVs, tag agencies, dealerships, banks, and partners.
• Monitor and resolve lien perfection exceptions to reduce risk.
