Responsibilities

• Review vehicle loan documents to determine lien perfection requirements.
• Prepare and submit documents to DMV/tag agencies for lien recording.
• Investigate and resolve title, registration, and lien issues with relevant partners.
• Monitor lien perfection exceptions and mitigate risk.
• Verify original documents for consumer loans and file UCC statements.
• Process lien releases and correct documentation deficiencies with stakeholders.
• Maintain records and follow up on outstanding items.
• Perform other administrative collateral duties as assigned.
