Job summary

Marin Acura is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to deliver engaging vehicle demonstrations and technology education throughout the ownership journey. You will serve as the dealership’s product expert, guiding customers from launch through post-sale support to ensure comfort with vehicle features and settings.

The role emphasizes customer experience, operational excellence, and collaboration with sales and service teams to drive retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product walk-arounds and demonstrations to prospective and current clients in both sales and service departments.
• Maintain current knowledge of Marin Acura products and services.
• Conduct post-sale feature walkthroughs to ensure customers are confident with vehicle tech and settings.
• Build long-term client trust as the dealership's product expert on models, trims, and accessories.
• Support marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotional activities.
