Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven coaching and mentoring software engineers at various career stages.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration across an organization.
• Strong performance management: goals, reviews, and high-performance culture.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum and best practices for large-scale systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
