Qualifications

• Experience in embedded software, controls, validation, and system integration.
• Ability to translate complex program needs into executable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Knowledge of software builds, testing, and issue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead software integration planning and execution for controllers and releases.
• Develop integrated software delivery plans across GM teams and partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across software, calibration, validation, hardware, and program stakeholders.
• Drive software execution forums and cadences to track progress and resolution.
• Lead verification and validation planning and ensure milestones and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve blockers, memory/CPU tradeoffs, and dependencies.
• Support root-cause investigations and corrective-action leadership.
• Foster best practices to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
• Represent software integration in leadership reviews and mentor team members.
