You will work in a hybrid environment, applying Java Spring Boot on cloud platforms, participating in agile release cycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field of study.
• 4-5+ years of progressive responsibilities in cloud-based technically aligned functions using Java Spring boot
• 4+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, etc.) and associated cloud components.

Responsibilities

• Implement platform and Ford-specific solutions.
• End-to-end responsibility for software services supporting Ford Vehicle programs and the platform behind those experiences.
• Design and build in-vehicle software using current technology stack.
• Engage with cloud platforms and technologies; drive data-informed decisions.
• Participate in Release Management/Project Management to gather customer requirements.
• Perform software engineering using CI/CD and Kanban methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end integration, testing and issue triage.
