Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Software/Systems Engineering or Embedded Systems.
- Minimum 5 years in leadership or management roles leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and release pipelines in large orgs.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and evolution of Ford's Software Factory release and deploy pipeline.
- Define strategy for software release and deployment across vehicle lifecycle.
- Recruit, mentor and develop a diverse systems engineering team.
- Oversee system-level requirements and rigorous quality gates.
- Coordinate cross-functional orchestration with Manufacturing, Service, Embedded ECU, and Cloud Ops.
- Drive risk mitigation, war-room readiness, and executive reviews for launches.
