Percepta in Dearborn, Michigan is seeking a Vehicle Services Team Leader to own all operational processes and training frameworks. The role emphasizes building, documenting, and refining workflows and training others to perform the work, rather than doing day-to-day tasks.

This 100% onsite position requires strong process-training skills, ownership of standards, and the ability to keep the team aligned and performing at a high level.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience, including leadership.
• 1+ years of training experience.
• Automotive industry experience.
• 1+ years working with Secretary of State offices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain all workflows, SOPs, and process maps for the team.
• Lead, develop, coach, support, and evaluate the team; conduct monthly one-on-one meetings.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching; participate in performance management and reviews.
• Coordinate system ID and access setup for new hires; manage team attendance and approvals.
• Create and deliver training programs, refreshers, and onboarding materials.
• Maintain a centralized library of all process and training materials.
• Ensure processes align with business requirements, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement; collaborate with stakeholders.
