Job summary

V2X seeks a Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of automotive service technician training programs across multiple environments. The role ensures curriculum alignment, maintains program standards, and coordinates with partner schools and stakeholders to drive outcomes.

The position requires 5+ years in related fields, strong communication, and LMS experience, with a focus on program development and compliance. On-site work in the Troy, Michigan area is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, technical training support, workforce development, administrative program coordination, or related settings.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting information to groups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, reports, and partner relationships effectively.
• Familiar with learning management systems or similar digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead repurposing and adaptation of training content into cohesive entry level technician curriculum across training environments.
• Establish annual program priorities: curriculum updates, training paths, standards integration.
• Manage recurring reporting cycles and graduation processing coordination.
• Serve as main point of contact for participating schools and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with schools to set performance metrics and review improvement plans.
• Present program updates at meetings, training events, and educator gatherings.
• Support regional and national training events and competitions.
• Manage the secure program website and distribute policies and best practices.
