Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Experience in automotive service environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete repair orders with accuracy per standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with parts and service advisors.
• Document work performed and warranty items.
• Road test vehicles when required.
• Mentor apprentices as assigned.
• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness.
