Responsibilities

• Performs repair work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and performs repairs.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by customer.
• Examines vehicles to determine additional safety or service work needed.
• Documents work performed and communicates with service advisor.
