Job summary

Checkered Flag Auto Group in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage inbound calls, schedule vehicle service appointments, and coordinate loaner or rental vehicles. This full-time role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CDK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CDK.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all calls inbound to the Service Department, schedule appointments and provide assistance appropriate to the caller’s needs.
• Coordinate customer’s vehicle service appointments, including scheduling and coordinating loaner or rental vehicles, as applicable.
• Monitor scheduled reservations, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule.
