Job summary

Ourisman Automotive Group seeks a proactive Service BDC Coordinator to join our team in Richmond. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, schedule service appointments, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with service advisors and technicians, maintaining CRM records, and following up on reminders and surveys. Prior service or call-center experience is a strong plus, with a customer-centric approach a must.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call-center experience preferred.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with sales and service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain shop flow.
• Follow up on reminders, missed appointments, and surveys.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on service specials, recalls, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians and management.
