Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one previous customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and meet daily activity goals.
• Turn conversations into qualified sales appointments.
• Document customer interactions and appointment details accurately.
• Coordinate with dealership teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
