Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of call center or inside sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• Basic computer and data entry; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to sell vehicle service contracts.
• Educate customers on product offerings, features, and benefits.
• Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales in a consultative manner.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and sales goals.
• Enter customer information accurately and maintain call records in CRM.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies and regulations.
