• Be directly responsible for selling vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Coordinate with the sales manager to set and meet new and used sales quotas.
• Meet the profit margin goals for vehicle sales.
• Greet customers promptly and follow the outlined sales process.
• Solicit sales and determine vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate and test drive vehicles.
• Verify customers are qualified for their wants and budget.
• Maintain knowledge of products, features and benefits to customers.
• Attend sales meetings and participate in company processes.
