• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming dealership experience.
• Conduct needs assessment to understand each customer's vehicle requirements, budget, and lifestyle.
• Demonstrate and explain Kia vehicle features, technology, safety systems, trim levels, and available financing and leasing options.
• Perform engaging vehicle walkarounds and accompany customers on test drives.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge on all current Kia models, competitive vehicles, incentives, and manufacturer programs.
• Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
• Utilize the dealership CRM to document customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and manufacturer certification programs.
• Maintain the showroom, vehicle displays, and personal workspace in a clean and professional manner.
• Assist with dealership events, promotions, and community outreach activities as needed.
