Job summary

Continental Automotive Group seeks an Internal Advisor to manage, write, and track all reconditioning and inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise Recon Technicians and Porters to ensure efficient team performance and a compliant reconditioning process, with emphasis on timely processing of used vehicle reconditioning, internal repair orders, and recalls.

This full-time role supports and aims for a five-day turnaround target, with hours 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Experience supervising Recon Technicians and Porters preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, write, and track all Reconditioning and Inventory in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervise Recon Technicians and Porters to ensure efficient and productive team performance.
• Process used vehicle reconditioning, internal repair orders, and recall completion for all New / Used vehicles.
• Identify all store inventory with open recalls.
• Liaise with parts and service and Used Car Department for timely vehicle completion.
• Create a comprehensive estimate based on inspection and technician findings.
• Close tickets properly.
