Job summary

Continental Auto Group is seeking an Internal Advisor to manage reconditioning, PDIs, and recalls for new and used vehicles. You will supervise technicians and porters, coordinate with parts and service, and ensure timely, showroom-ready vehicles while meeting five-day turnaround targets.

Responsibilities include generating detailed estimates, closing tickets, and maintaining compliance with OEM and CAG standards.

Qualifications

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconditioning, PDI, and recalls for all New/Used vehicles.
• Identify inventory with open recalls and liaise with parts/service for timely completion.
• Create comprehensive estimates based on inspections and technician findings.
• Close tickets and ensure showroom readiness; maintain compliance with CAG standards.
• Manage reconditioning vendor relationships to improve quality and cycle time.
