Job summary

AutoNation Sterling, VA seeks a Reconditioning, PDI and Recall supervisor to lead a team of technicians and porters, ensuring efficient, on-time processing of used vehicle reconditioning and recalls. You will schedule staff, coordinate with parts and service, and deliver front-line ready vehicles for online posting.

The role requires ASE certification (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and strong communication. Competitive benefits and a focus on safety and policy adherence are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Must have valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Reconditioning within After-Sales Compass RPR system.
• Create a comprehensive estimate with work, cost and timing.
• Identify inventory with open recalls and schedule completion.
• Liaise with parts/service for timely recall completion.
• Schedule and supervise technicians and porters to meet demands.
• Participate in service and sales meetings for updates.
