Job summary

Suburban Automotive Service is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to manage the intake of new vehicles, prepare vehicle packets, and perform periodic audits of storage lots. The role requires strong communication, reliable teamwork, and the ability to work both indoors in a garage and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities include scanning in vehicles, inspecting for carrier damage, and supporting dealership and courier runs.

Qualifications

• 1-year customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive new vehicles and scan them in.
• Inspect vehicles for damage from carriers.
• Create new vehicle packets with vehicle information.
• Conduct quarterly audits on storage lots.
• Assist with dealer, SOS, and FedEx runs as needed.
• Destroy M-plates as needed.
