Job summary

Suburban Automotive Service is seeking a Tec Region Vehicle Coordinator to manage company-owned vehicle inventory and driver support. You will ensure accurate vehicle allocation according to GM parameters and assist drivers via email, phone, and Teams.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and solid Microsoft Office skills. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with a starting pay of $18 per hour.

• 1-year customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with web-based programs daily.
• Familiar with Teams for calls.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain inventory and driver reports using eCVMS to track inventory and driver activity daily.
• Assist GM driver inquiries via phone, email, or IM to provide updates.
• Submit vehicle orders to GM systems.
• Assign vehicles to drivers using reports, email, and GM forms.
• Coordinate with plating department to ensure vehicles are properly plated.
• Track ordered vehicles using GM programs.
• Update vehicle status in company systems.
• Coordinate with dealerships for new vehicle PDI/LPO by phone or email.
• Coordinate with dealerships for repairs and recalls via email/phone.
• Maintain vehicle files with all paperwork.
