• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vehicle Service Associates (VSA) and supervise day-to-day tasks.
• Host huddles to communicate priorities and daily goals.
• Ensure location readiness with supplies and cleaning products.
• Oversee lot setup and ensure efficient vehicle flow throughout the day.
• Coach underperforming staff with live feedback and guidance.
• Monitor productivity and support with process improvements.
• Maintain clean pumps, lot, and conveyors for smooth operations.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new standards with Vehicle Ops managers.
