Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in conjunction with the Store Manager and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Direct, train, and supervise team members to meet established performance metrics and operational goals.
• Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and product merchandising according to company specifications.
• Maintain store standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues in accordance with company protocol.
• Develop and manage work schedules and monitor team member hours for operational efficiency.
• Execute loss prevention protocols and maintain store security measures.
• Evaluate sales data and implement performance improvement strategies.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives to support sales objectives.
• Execute opening and closing procedures as assigned.
