Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers, consignees, and truckers regarding availability, booking, delivery, and receipt of vehicles.
• Maintains and audits vessel and auto operation records and dock receipts.
• Maintains Matson database accuracy related to container and auto operations, stuffing, and destuffing.
• Tracks and locates east/west bound and Neighbor Island vehicles.
• Distributes inter-office mail and manages office supply inventories.
