Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle status via real-time phone calls with pickup sites.
• Build relationships with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Manage multiple email boxes across locations and coordinate regional communications.
• Enter manual orders and process AS400 system orders.
• Monitor holds and verification delays and take action to minimize delays.
• Assist in dispatch negotiations and apply sales knowledge to improve margins.
• Coordinate with carriers on VINs and post-transaction actions.
• Produce reports on performance for clients and senior management.
