Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations experience, preferably in vehicle operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking.
• Strong communication across leadership levels.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle preparation, inbound/outbound lot flow and on-time readiness.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and on-site Operations Specialists.
• Monitor quality, performance metrics, and SLA compliance.
• Ensure safety, timekeeping, and proper documentation.
