Flexcar is seeking an Operations Specialist in Marietta, GA to clean and inspect high volumes of vehicles, capture quality photos, and manage accurate inventory. You’ll collaborate with frontline teams, use apps for checks, and work mainly outdoors at market locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Tech‑savvy with comfort using a company smartphone.
• Strong communication and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Able to multitask and collaborate with teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail a high volume of cars to standards.
• Assess vehicle quality and damage using technology.
• Take high‑quality photos for the website.
• Perform daily inventory scans and assist reconciliation.
• Support fleet inspections and labeling of vehicles.
• Assist order delivery team to move cars to customers.
• Maintain facilities and equipment to company standards.
• Participate in special projects with timelines and stakeholders.
