Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Kennesaw, GA to oversee daily warehouse operations and support timely job-site mobilization.

You will manage receiving, inventory reconciliation, material organization, and safety compliance, while coordinating drop shipments and updating MS Dynamics. The role requires hands-on work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years warehousing/logistics experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by the company.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work at heights and use ladders and powered lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to support logistics for job site mobilization.
• Receive, inspect, and validate material per shipping label/BOL.
• Organize materials per designated process (BOL, PM, etc.).
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain stock levels with min/max controls.
• Coordinate drop shipments per schedule.
• Provide end-of-day updates of parts received.
• Prioritize tasks while ensuring safety and control of materials.
• Review and resolve material payables issues as needed.
• Sign for materials on transmittal and update in MS Dynamics.
• Maintain warehouse safety and upkeep, MSDS documentation.
• Inspect equipment and safety gear.
• General upkeep and other duties as assigned.
