Job summary

Round Rock Toyota is seeking a Loaner/Rental Agent to ensure courteous loaner and rental vehicles are issued and returned per policy. You will handle checkout, vehicle staging, documentation, and customer interactions with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires good communication, basic math, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A valid driver's license is required, and familiarity with fleet software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a computer and software for fleet management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to safely drive both automatic and manual vehicles with care.

Responsibilities

• Check out and return loaner vehicles per policy.
• Prepare vehicles for showroom, service, or designated areas.
• Document maintenance for returned vehicles and arrange work.
• Drive vehicles to/from showroom and service areas as needed.
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure charges for damages, tickets, or tolls are accurate.
• File insurance/state/federal documentation per policy.
