Job summary

Slate Auto is seeking a Change Control Specialist to support engineering and manufacturing change management throughout a new vehicle launch, coordinating implementation across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Purchasing teams.

You will track approvals, manage status, facilitate review meetings, monitor critical changes, maintain dashboards, and drive action closure with stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout of changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of automotive manufacturing or change management experience.
• Experience with Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar PLM systems.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering and manufacturing changes through launch.
• Track approvals, implementation status, and closure activities.
• Facilitate change control review meetings.
