Job summary

Slate is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support vehicle launch execution. You will track issues, deviations and actions, coordinate corrective actions, and develop dashboards for leadership reviews.

The role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to keep launch risks visible and resolution plans progressing. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 0–3 years in relevant roles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Business or related discipline.
• 0-3 years of automotive, manufacturing, quality, or program management experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain launch issue, deviation, and action trackers.
• Coordinate follow-up on corrective actions and open risks.
• Develop dashboards and status reports for leadership reviews.
• Support containment and readiness activities.
• Monitor issue aging and elevate overdue actions.
• Facilitate launch review meetings and document actions.
• Analyze trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
