Job summary

Slate is seeking a Program Management Lead - Launch to drive launch readiness, quality performance, issue resolution, and cross‑functional execution for successful production ramp‑up. You will own dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting, while guiding containment and corrective actions for top launch risks.

You will lead a team across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, coaching Program Management Analysts and coordinating senior leadership reviews to ensure saleable

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of automotive manufacturing, launch, quality, or program management experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in complex launch environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch issue management, deviation reduction, and readiness reviews.
• Drive accountability across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Own launch dashboards, quality metrics, and executive reporting.
• Lead escalation and recovery planning for critical launch risks.
• Coordinate containment and corrective action strategies.
• Facilitate senior leadership reviews and decision-making forums.
• Coach and mentor Program Management Analysts.
