Job summary

Slate Auto is seeking a Program Management Analyst - Launch to support vehicle launch execution by tracking issues, deviations, and actions. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure risks are visible and resolutions are executed.

You will develop dashboards and status reports for leadership reviews and help drive containment and readiness activities. Strong analytical skills and Excel/Power BI proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Business or related field.
• 0-3 years of automotive, manufacturing, quality, or program management experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain launch issue, deviation, and action trackers.
• Coordinate follow-up on corrective actions and open risks.
• Develop dashboards and status reports for leadership reviews.
• Support containment and readiness activities.
• Monitor issue aging and elevate overdue actions.
• Facilitate launch review meetings and document actions.
• Analyze trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
