Job summary

Slate is seeking a Change Control Specialist for the Warsaw, Indiana site. You will coordinate engineering and manufacturing changes through launches, track approvals and closure activities, and facilitate change control review meetings to ensure timely execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years in automotive change management, and hands-on PLM system experience (Windchill/Teamcenter).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of automotive manufacturing or change management experience.
• Experience with PLM systems such as Windchill or Teamcenter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering and manufacturing changes through launch.
