MileOne Autogroup is seeking a dependable service team member to manage loaner vehicle checkouts, organize the lot, and assist service staff. The role involves scanning documents, tracking vehicle usage, and maintaining orderly operations to support a fast-paced dealership environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate loaner vehicle checkouts and returns, complete paperwork, and explain vehicle-use guidelines to customers.
• Inspect loaners before and after use, record mileage and fuel levels, and document vehicle condition.
• Track loaner availability, follow up on returns, and coordinate cleaning, fueling, maintenance, and repairs.
• Move and park vehicles safely to keep the lot organized and accessible.
• Help service advisors and technicians locate vehicles and manage keys.
• Scan, label, and file repair orders and other dealership documents accurately.
• Assist customers and support the service department with other tasks as needed.
