MileOne Autogroup in Towson, MD is hiring for a service-oriented role coordinating loaner vehicles, organizing the lot, and supporting the service team. The position involves handling checkouts, documentation, and communication with customers throughout daily operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work on their feet, with attention to detail and basic computer skills. We offer a dynamic team environment and opportunities for growth within the automotive group.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets dealership requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and basic office software.
• Ability to work on your feet, spend time outdoors, and safely move vehicles throughout the day.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate loaner vehicle checkouts and returns, complete paperwork, and explain vehicle-use guidelines to customers
• Inspect loaners before and after use, record mileage and fuel levels, and document vehicle condition
• Track loaner availability, follow up on returns, and coordinate cleaning, fueling, maintenance, and repairs
• Move and park vehicles safely to keep the lot organized and accessible
• Help service advisors and technicians locate vehicles and manage keys
• Scan, label, and file repair orders and other dealership documents accurately
• Assist customers and support the service department with other tasks as needed
