Job summary

Cox is seeking a Vehicle Processing Assistant in Colorado. You will input accurate vehicle data into the AS400 system with a TC-75 handheld, including VIN, stock number, dealer ID, and vehicle make, model, year, mileage, and color.

You will affix barcode/stock stickers, apply work order numbers and routing labels, identify 'no key' vehicles, and direct transporters to designated drop zones while inspecting for damage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required; safe driving record.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear; physical endurace.
• 1–3 years auction or vehicle registration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input vehicle data into the AS400 system using a TC-75 handheld, including VIN, stock number, dealer ID, and make/model/year.
• Affix barcode/stock stickers to each vehicle upon arrival.
• Apply work order numbers and routing labels to vehicles.
• Identify and flag 'no key' vehicles.
• Direct transporters to designated vehicle drop zones.
• Inspect and report transport damage as required.
• Provide proper sale identification windshield codes.
