Job summary

Cox is seeking an entry-level Vehicle Intake Associate to accurately log vehicle details into our system using a handheld device. You will attach stock stickers, assign work orders, and help route vehicles for entry and drop-off at the auction site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods. Training will cover safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear daily.

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate vehicle data into the ticketing system using a handheld computer (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year, mileage, color, options).
• Affix barcode/stock sticker on each vehicle.
• Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles at entry.
• Install OBDII tracking device and ensure proper function.
• Direct transporters to the correct drop zones and support safety initiatives.
• Assist on sale days with vehicle movement in auction lanes.
