Cox Automotive is seeking an Inspector Apprentice to join our vehicle operations team. You will inspect customer vehicles at receipt, identify damage, and document condition via ECRs and photos. The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and clear communication while handling day-end procedures and ongoing learning.

Minimal experience is acceptable, with a High School diploma or GED required. A valid driver’s license and good multitasking ability are essential for success in this on-site

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inspections or vehicle-related work is a plus.
• Successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle information and identify damage or mechanical issues during inspection.
• Prepare and complete documentation and run day-end procedures.
• Photograph vehicle condition and write electronic condition reports (ECR).
