Job summary

Hyundai Capital America in Irvine, CA is seeking a Commercial Funding Associate (Vehicle) to review, book, and fund commercial vehicle retail finance and lease contracts for Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, and fleet customers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment handling documents, using Daybreak and Q2, and coordinating with Mobility teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely funding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with commercial loan and lease documentation.
• Knowledge of compliance laws for commercial vehicle lending, contracting and funding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a queue.
• Experience with DayBreak LO system is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate commercial lease and installment documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Book lease and loan requests in Daybreak and Q2 loan origination systems.
• Respond to dealer and mobility customer calls and conduct outbound follow-ups.
• Support the preparation and distribution of documentation packages to Mobility teams.
