Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with commercial loan and lease documentation.
• Knowledge of compliance laws in relation to commercial vehicle lending, contracting, and funding.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn and navigate internal systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with peers, customers, vendors, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate executed commercial lease and installment documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and laws.
• Book commercial lease and loan requests in loan origination systems used by Mobility Services.
• Respond to incoming dealer and mobility customer calls and conduct outbound follow-up for issue resolution.
• Support the preparation and distribution of commercial lease and loan documentation packages to Mobility teams.
