Responsibilities

• Present trade-in value opportunities.
• Follow the vehicle exchange process; training provided.
• Test drives, pricing, and incentives.
• Build a customer portfolio using CRM for future visits.
• Attend sales and product knowledge meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize store software to identify and contact potential sellers.
• Walkaround vehicles with pre-owned manager to identify issues.
• Contact customers with expiring leases to discuss options.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly performance to optimize time.
