Capital Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Vehicle Exchange Specialist to help customers upgrade or exchange their vehicles and maximize sales opportunities.

You will build relationships, evaluate trade-ins, explain benefits of upgrading, and guide customers through paperwork while delivering a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, vehicle appraisals, or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers interested in upgrading or exchanging their vehicles.
• Build relationships, understand customer needs, and present vehicle options.
• Evaluate trade-in vehicles and determine market value.
• Explain the benefits of upgrading and transitioning into another vehicle.
• Negotiate trade-in values and pricing to create mutually beneficial deals.
• Assist with vehicle exchange paperwork and documentation.
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
