Hunter Automotive Group is seeking an Exchange Coordinator to enhance the service-to-sale process in Western North Carolina. You will engage service customers, identify exchange opportunities, and coordinate with sales to guide customers toward upgrading their vehicles.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and meticulous follow-up to maintain CRM records and drive customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license is required, and the team supports development and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive/sales/service/customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and discussing vehicle options.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with service customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Listen to customer needs and identify vehicle exchange opportunities.
• Address questions and assist with solutions.
• Build customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
• Present exchange and upgrade opportunities to eligible service customers.
• Identify opportunities such as lease returns and expiring contracts.
• Connect interested customers with a Sales Consultant to continue the process.
• Maintain an organized log of opportunities and follow-up activity.
• Confirm appointments and maintain CRM data.
• Follow up with prospective customers and service-drive opportunities.
• Track interactions, appointments, and exchange opportunities.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with Sales Management.
