Job summary

Hennessy Land Rover Buckhead is seeking a Vehicle Exchange Specialist to bridge service and sales, engaging customers in the service drive with compelling exchange opportunities. You will assess trade-ins, present offers, and coordinate with the sales team to move customers smoothly from service to sales.

You should have strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for autos. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required, with Saturdays as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service excellence and a client-first mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a structured process.
• Willingness to work every Saturday.
• Sales or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects in the service drive and discuss trade-in opportunities.
• Engage service customers to build rapport and understand needs.
• Evaluate customers’ current vehicles and explain benefits of upgrading.
• Present compelling exchange offers and coordinate with sales for test drives and financing.
• Document all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Follow up with service customers to nurture leads and close sales.
