Job summary

Ford in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate electrical hardware and embedded software readiness for the next-generation UEV platform from concept through production. Qualifications

• Two years of experience in program management, electrical systems, embedded software, or vehicle program delivery.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change control for on-time delivery.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and clear program/status reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical hardware and software integration planning across vehicle systems, modules, interfaces, and key program milestones.
• Develop and maintain integrated program timing, deliverables, dependencies, dashboards, and program health reporting.
• Maintain visibility to software releases, hardware/software calibration and validation readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution of integration risks, issues, decisions, and actions to closure.
• Prepare and support milestone reviews, forums, and leadership updates with clear status and risk materials.
• Support prototype builds, launch, and production readiness by aligning hardware, software, calibrations, and configurations.
• Manage electrical hardware and software change-control activities and assess downstream impacts.
• Develop and articulate a clear point of view using data and program priorities.
