Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Vehicle Hardware Engineering integration engineer to coordinate functional support for forward model programs and drive program milestones. You will act as the primary liaison among program, functional, and supplier teams, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.

You will lead integration coaching, track cost targets, manage DV/DFMEA activities, and ensure alignment with program content through meetings and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Master’s degree in engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and act as the single point of contact for program to functional engineering.
• Coordinate alignment of priorities and manage program delivery within timelines.
• Drive quality, cost targets and roadmap ownership across functional teams.
